Exchange Policy:
Products are eligible for exchange if they meet the following criteria:
- The product is in its original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.
- The product has not been used, washed, or damaged.
- The product is eligible for exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Make-to-Order Products:
Our make-to-order products are pre-orders, with a production time of 2 to 3 weeks minimum. Payment for pre-order products is required in advance.
International Orders:
For international orders, the delivery duration is a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks. A tracking number is provided via email after completing and dispatching the order.
Damage or Fault in Product:
If the product is damaged or exhibits any fault or difference, Shaheen Jewelry will take responsibility for changing the product.
Exchange of Items:
Customers looking to exchange items, whether for a different bangle size, design, or otherwise, are subject to a delivery charge of RS350/-. It is advisable for customers to carefully review the product description and size guide before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience.
Cancellation and Change of Orders:
Customers can cancel or modify their orders within two hours of submission. After this period, no queries for cancellation or changes will be entertained. Customers are encouraged to accept their orders once placed and paid for.
Incomplete Address:
Customers must provide a complete and accurate address, including house number, block number, street number, or the nearest famous landmark for doorstep parcel delivery. Orders with incomplete, unusual, or empty addresses will be immediately canceled.
Refund and Return Policy:
We strictly adhere to a no refund and no return policy. Customers are advised to thoroughly review the product description and size guide before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience.
Changing or Refund of Sale Item:
Every sale item or stock clearance sale item cannot be changed or refunded.
