After receiving the previous parcel, the exchange period will be 3 to 5 days for products!

Shipping Costs:

If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For exchanges based on personal preferences or sizing issues, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exceptions:

Earrings and other personal items related to hygiene cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
